Yaabitech provides online professional certification courses and technical workshops for college students, working professionals and job seekers. The course fees are collected through online by the payment gateway integrated integrated to our website. We use Razorpay payment gateway in our website.
If the user make payment and did not use the course package or our product, we will refund the payment done by the customer within the next 30 working days.
To be eligible for a return, your course package must not been used more than 10% or 3 classes whichever is earlier.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. (Payment reference number, Transaction ID, etc).
Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect notify you that we have received your request and check your course usage details. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the package you purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if it is shipped product. Shipping
