• How to contact us?
  You can chat with our agents by clicking the live chat button displayed on all pages. Otherwise go to the Contacts page given in the footer or menu and click the chat button there. You can also contact us by email. We provide all email IDs for each department on the contact page.
• How to join course?
  Under the Training section in the menu, go to the course page. Choose the course of your choice. We have also provided a demo video of course. Click the button to join the course and then pay. If you have any doubts, you can discuss with us using the live chat option.
• I need quotation for a service or product
  Under the Service or Product section, click on any service or product you want. There you will find a contact form, send us a brief description of what you need and other details on the form. Our agent will contact you immediately and send you a quote.
• I can't login
  The login and most of the features of this web application depend on cookies. So, if you disable the cookie, the website will not work properly. First you need to enable cookie for login pages to work.
  
  If you forget your password, go to the "Forgot Password" page. This link is given at the bottom of the login page.
  
  If you forget your username, click on the "Login with phone number" option on the login page. After logging in, your username will be displayed on your profile page.
